Pointe is looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants to support our firm’s rapid growth by leading teams in delivering value to our clients. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Consultants and Senior Consultants are integral to Pointe’s success as a firm. As a Consultant, you represent the engine of our Great People, Great Clients, and Great Work Mantra! You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and synthesizing the data that will enable the delivery Great Work to our exclusive list of Fortune 1,000 (Great) Clients. More specifically, you will:

  • Support in hypotheses generation to inform research and analytical approaches for client engagements
  • Conduct original primary research by leading executive-level interviews to inform strategic decision
  • Design and develop statistical Excel-based analyses and models (e.g., market models, P&L forecasts, basic regressions, etc.)
  • Synthesize insights and recommendations for client deliverables (with an emphasis on visualizations)
  • Support the development of Pointe's proprietary database of industry experts
  • Contribute to continued improvement of products and services
  • Provide guidance to junior staff (as required)
  • Develop relationships with key client maps and add measurable value to our client relationships
  • Positively contribute to the dynamic, high-achieving atmosphere of the firm

  • BA or BS required with a clear track record of academic excellence
  • One to three years of research, consulting, corporate development, or similar experience preferred
  • An aptitude for networking and executive-level interviewing
  • Well-honed business acumen and analytical skills
  • A desire to learn and demonstrated ability to master new subject areas quickly
  • Strong communication, writing, and critical-thinking skills
  • Work ethic, dedicated, organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel; experience with other analytics tools a plus (e.g., Tableau, R, Python)
  • Foreign language capabilities are a plus
